Dear Shopper, welcome to My Dress Box! Thank you for visiting our site. In these terms and conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to My Dress Box. Please read the following terms and conditions before making any purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Registered Shopper

To place an order, you must furnish accurate details of your particulars that include your name, contact number, email, delivery address, date of birth and gender.
You will not mis-use the website by creating multiple user accounts.


All payments must be completed within one hour from the time your order was made. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your purchase is only secured upon confirmation of payment. All purchases are final upon checkout. Amendments to all check out items are not allowed.


Paid purchases are processed and despatched to our local delivery within 2 working days.

Bounced Parcels

In the event of bounced mail, we will be in touch via email or sms.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We apologise for any faulty or incorrect items sent. Please email us at admin@mydressbox.sg and provide your order number, reasons for the return, and a photograph of the defect or incorrect item.

You may return the item to us within 7 workdays of receipt. The item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with its tags still intact.

Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed faulty or incorrect.

*Variations in measurements is not considered a defect. Colours may vary due to studio’s lighting condition or the monitor you are using. Any discrepancy in color within a reasonable range will not be considered a fault.


We accept returns for items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed with its tags still intact. Does not include items on sale. Please email us your order no and the product code of the item at admin@mydressbox.sg with the word, ‘exchange” in the subject box.

Items should be sent back via a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels should reach us within 2 weeks pf despatch date, or 4 weeks for international orders.

We do not provide refunds for exchange. Store credits will be issued once we receive your returned item.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 3 months. Store credit is strictly non-refundable and non-extensible. It cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards. Store Credit is to be redeemed in a single transaction.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for one year and to be redeemed in one single transaction. Gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-extensible.

Site Usage

All content in our website belongs to My Dress Box. All content may be viewed, shared and stored among our registered shopper. However rights and ownership of this content belongs to us. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against unauthorised usage.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

My Dress Box reserves the rights to make amendments to any of the above Terms and Conditions without prior notification. In the event of any dispute, My Dress Box reserves the right of final decision.
